Constance Lumsden

Constance is a highly experienced finance leader with a track record in driving financial performance, strategic investment decisions and operational excellence across complex international portfolios. 

She joined Kellas Midstream as Chief Financial Officer in March 2026, bringing more than 25 years of experience at bp, where she held a range of senior finance roles across its upstream, downstream and global low carbon businesses. 

Most recently, she was Senior Vice President of Finance for a Copenhagen-based multinational mining contractor. 

Constance is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has a law degree from the University of Aberdeen.
