Nathan Morgan

Nathan has more than 20 years' experience in the international energy sector, specialising in business development, strategy and planning, M&A, economic analysis, joint venture management and negotiations with host governments across Africa, Central Asia and the Middle East.

Nathan began his career with BG Group providing strategic and economic analysis across an international portfolio spanning the energy value chain.

He joined TotalEnergies in 2005 as the JV and Commercial Lead for operated Central North Sea assets and during his 17 year career with the company went on to hold a variety of senior roles, including Deputy Vice President for Nigeria, Project Director for New Ventures activities across East and Southern Africa and Business Development and Commercial Affairs Director for the company’s first of a kind multi-billion dollar projects in Uganda and Tanzania.

Prior to joining Kellas in 2023, he was the Head of Gas and LNG Marketing for TotalEnergies global E&P portfolio.

Nathan has a degree in Marine Biology from the University of Newcastle and has attended executive management training at Harvard and INSEAD.
