Ralph McIntosh

Ralph has more than 15 years of legal experience. His background is in corporate law, focusing on corporate M&A and financing transactions mainly in the oil and gas industry, including multi-jurisdictional/cross-border activity.

He joined Kellas in 2021 as Senior Legal Advisor, helping the business navigate the complex legal matters relating to our H2NorthEast hydrogen project on Teesside. He also held the role of Acting General Counsel for a 6-month period in 2022. In August 2023 he was promoted to General Counsel, responsible for leading Kellas’ legal activities.

Before joining Kellas, Ralph spent 13 years in private practice with Burness Paull, specialising in corporate finance and banking.

Ralph is a graduate of the University of Aberdeen (LLB and DipLP) and sits on the boards of two local charities, TechFest and Inverurie Youth Sports Foundation.
